EX: The article cites Maria Nikolajeva, a professor of at Cambridge, as saying that Bella does not "in any way promote independent thinking or personal development" in women, instead portraying a woman "meek and willing to do anything for her vampire boyfriend" (POV).
Niagra College states that "cooking requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to be adaptable to quickly changing needs in a fast paced environment"(Niagra College).
With a successful apprenticeship at Niagra College you will be able to "pursue employment in diverse settings including resturants hotels, hospitals, clubs..."(Niagra College).
By choosing the Niagra College apprentice "Students [can] enjoy an unrivalled learning environment, with excellent facilities and highly qualified chef faculty"(Niagra College).
As part of the NIagra College team "students gain additionall experience by working on many special functions held on and off campus every year"(Niagra College).

Summary of Source (Three-Four Sentences of the Who, What, Where, Why, and How in your own words. NO OPINION):
The Niagra College apprenticeship program offers the learning options and culinary knowledge of a regular culinary school but the course isn't as long. The chef faculty are trained to the highest degree in order to pass on their knowledge to you. This apprenticeship offers the basic but critical teaching of a culinary school and requires you to practice in order to become a better chef. The college has many on and off campus opportunities to help the students thrive in the real world.

Attachment: Does the author or site have anything to gain from writing this, or is it simply informative? For example, is it a cigarette business posting an article about the benefit of cigarettes, or is it a scientific community unaffiliated with the cigarette business?
The author has a lot to gain because they are only writing this to upsell the school and its programs. I believe this is their only reason for writing this.

Bias: Do you detect a bias (a favoring of either side) in the author's writing?
This author is very bias because they are only writing this because they work for the school.

no

EX: The article cites Maria Nikolajeva, a professor of at Cambridge, as saying that Bella does not "in any way promote independent thinking or personal development" in women, instead portraying a woman "meek and willing to do anything for her vampire boyfriend" (POV).

An eatocracy editor states that you can go to culinary school whether coming "straight out of high school" or "swapping out their suits for chefs whites in hopes of a more savory lifestyle"(eatocracy editor).

the editor also says that "humans start eating from the day you are born" which is why some are "born with an inclination for flavor and how to combine them"(eatocracy editor).

another reason you dont need culinary school because although "culinary school can teach you presentation and technique" "what is delicious can't be taught"(eatocracy editor).

this article expresses that "technique takes practice" and "no matter where you learn it...you have to hone it to make it a skill that you can rely on"(eatocracy editor).

one of the articles greatest messages is that "passion definetley cant be taught"(eatocracy editor).
